General Terms and Conditions:

1. General check-in time is 15:00 hours / check-out time is 11:00 hours at hotels & resorts or has to be checked with concerned hotel.

2. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking if mentioned hotel/s room are not available, similar hotel/s will be used.

3. Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per tour itinerary

4. Any additional cost due to route change, Airline change, Date change, Vehicle breakdown, flight cancellation, road blocks, political disturbance, bad weather, ill health or any other factor beyond our control has to be paid by the tourist/s at the spot as per actual expenses.

5. GTR Tours acts as a tour operator for all the services mentioned in the tour itinerary, hence will not be responsible for any sort of loss or injury caused due to any reason.

6. GTR Tours shall not be responsible for any delay / cancellation of flight / train / bus or any other mode of transport due to bad weather / road closed / strike / political issues or any other causes.

7. Tour can be booked by paying 50% of total package tour cost and balance payment to be paid before 45 days prior to date of joining tour.

8. GTR Tours can release the booking without prior intimation if payment is not made as per cut off date.

9. All disputes are subject to courts of Jaipur/ Goa, India jurisdiction

10. As per Government rules, we request all the guests to carry a valid photo-Identity card, foreign nationals has to present their passport and valid visa at the time of Check-in at hotels.

11. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate the guest in particular hotel, despite holding a confirmed reservation, we will try our best to arrange alternate accommodation & transportation if required.

12. Guest/s has to follow the instructions of the tour guide or tour escort for continueing the tour

13. All bookings have to be supported with Advance Payment at the time of reservation.

14. GTR Tours / hotels reserve the right to admission / review / amend these Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

1. 10% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done before 60 days of tour joining date.

2. 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done before 45 days of tour joining date.

3. 75% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done before 30 days of tour joining date.

4. 100% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done less then 30 days of tour joining date.

5. No refund will be entertained in case of unused nights or services / early check out.

6. No refund will be entertained if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil / political disturbance, road blocks, Vehicle breakdown, ill health, cancellation of flight / ferry or anything beyond human control but there will be full co-operation from the entire team of GTR Tours or its associates to make an alternate arrangement in such cases.

Refund Policy:

Refund if any, will be processed with in 15 working days of cancellation date of any tour / hotel booking / services.
